The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 001 (Regina) is committed to making a difference in the lives of Veterans and their families, providing essential services in our communities, and remembering the men and women who sacrificed for our country.
The Legion is Canada’s largest Veteran Support and community service organization, helping Veterans, members of the Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP and their families get the care and support they deserve. Access to our services is available to them at no cost, whether or not they are Legion members. The Legion helps thousands of Veterans each year and makes significant positive changes in their lives.
This race is being put together to create awareness, give support and further the conversations that are needed for the sacrifices our serving men and women have made over all these years.
Our goal is to have a VetRun in each major city across Canada to have continuous support throughout the year for the Legions across the country, so we may support our Veterans for years to come.
We very much appreciate all your support and look forward to seeing all of you on race day. If you would like to know more about the Legion, the services we provide, how to become a member (don’t need to be a Veteran) and anything else you might have questions to, click on the link below.
Many thanks from the VetRun team.
